The problem
Late on a weekday evening, a company’s entire on-premises server fleet went dark simultaneously. Six servers handling document management, automation, remote desktop access, and core business operations all experienced an unexpected shutdown at the same time.
No one called us. We did not need them to.
What we did
Our remote monitoring detected every server go offline within the same minute and flagged each one as an unexpected shutdown. We had a full picture of the incident automatically, device by device, before any employee arrived the next morning. We investigated the cause, assessed data integrity, and had a response underway before the workday began.
The outcome
The client experienced a fraction of the downtime they would have had if they had discovered the outage themselves at 9 AM and then had to scramble to reach someone. The situation was controlled and documented from the start.
Why it matters
The question is not whether something will go wrong. It is whether someone is watching when it does.
